Atlas Facades was contracted to deliver façade and balcony remediation services for Prowse Court in Tottenham, London, refurbishing 88 balconies to meet stringent fire safety regulations. Completed in July 2024, the project involved removing non-compliant materials, including timber cladding and insulation, and installing fire-resistant Cedral Click cladding, Envirobuild aluminium decking, a breather membrane, helping hand system, fire breaks, and insulation. Despite the logistical challenges of a busy high street location, Atlas Facades delivered a high-quality, compliant façade and balcony system on time and within budget, showcasing their commitment to safety and excellence in façade construction.
